I have used these guys 3 times in the past 4 yrs. They have done an OUTSTANDING job each time. In fact, for my repair today, I chose them over other contractors in the area bc I knew they would do a great job & trusted them NOT to up charge me! I will definitely call them again for my next TV or Appliance repair.

They did warranty work for my Samsung dryer. They were courteous, returned calls, arrived when they said they would and most importantly fixed my dryer properly.

I had a warrantied Samsung 55" TV that had motherboard problems. Kent took the bull by the horns and was very prompt and efficient in handling the problem. He TOTALLY took care of the problem from start to finish. His support staff were on the ball as well. His team had me up and running with a new motherboard in a few days. I could not be more pleased.
